Shenghui Cleaning (02521) was sold 175 million shares by the controlling shareholder Fengsheng Clean

According to Zhitong Finance App, Shenghui Clean (02521) announced that on July 24, 2026, Fengsheng Clean Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (Fengsheng Cleaning) sold 175 million shares of the Company, which is equivalent to about 9% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this announcement.

Prior to the sale, Fengsheng Cleaning held 587 million shares, which is equivalent to about 30.1% of the total number of issued shares. After the sale, Fengsheng Cleaning held 411 million shares, which is equivalent to 21.1% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this announcement, and is no longer the controlling shareholder of the Company.

Fengsheng Cleaning is wholly owned by Mr. Li Chenghua, co-chairman of the board of directors and executive director.
