Relying on the core capabilities of the national supercomputing Internet platform “unified architecture, unified standards, and unified scheduling”, the National Supercomputing Xi'an Center has now achieved link scheduling with the core nodes of the national supercomputing Internet. “This means that users of the Xi'an Center can easily access the 100,000-card superintelligent integrated computing power resources of the core node of the national supercomputing Internet without leaving the province.” On July 23, Yuan Yufeng, director of operations at the Xi'an Center, gave a briefing to reporters. According to reports, along with the rapid iterative upgrading of artificial intelligence, demand for computing power such as large models, scientific intelligence, and intelligent applications is growing exponentially, and the scale of computing power infrastructure is also growing from kilocalories and 10,000 card clusters to larger 100,000 card clusters. In order to meet the growing demand for computing power, recently, the national supercomputing Internet core node was officially launched in Zhengzhou, Henan. Shuguang 8000, which uses this node as the core computing power base, was completed, and simultaneously connected to the national supercomputing Internet. This is China's first nationally produced 100,000-card AI supercluster, and currently the only single 100,000-card cluster in the world. This core node provides advanced computing power support for scenarios such as large model development, scientific intelligence, industrial simulation, biomedicine, and network security.
