Ambassador Chen positively evaluated the fruitful results achieved in bilateral relations since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Montenegro. He highly appreciated Mr. Vlahovic's positive contribution to opening a new chapter in bilateral relations as a signatory to the 2006 Sino-Black Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations.
