At 5 a.m., its center is in Yongxing County, Hunan Province, that is, 26.3 degrees north latitude and 113.4 degrees east longitude. The maximum peripheral wind is level 7, and the lowest air pressure in the center is 1,000 hundred Pa. It is expected that “Hongxia” will move at a speed of about 10-15 kilometers per hour in the north-west direction, and the intensity will continue to decrease.
