The company's shareholders transferred 435 million shares to Citibank and 435 million shares from EFG Switzerland.

According to Kaiziluo International's annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025, the group achieved revenue of 835 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 14.27%; losses attributable to company owners amounted to 129 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 36.16%; and a basic loss of 12.12 points per share.
