The company's shareholders transferred 1 million shares to Xinyongan International Securities and 1 million shares from Shengheng Financial Holdings.

Volkswagen Dental previously issued an announcement, and the placement was completed on July 15, 2026. A total of 1.2 million placed shares (equivalent to about 6.58% of the number of H shares issued and about 2.37% of the number of issued shares expanded through allotment and issuance of placed shares) have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at a placement price of HK$10.00 per placed share.
