Qihe Environmental Protection recently issued an announcement. The company learned that on July 17, 2026, Yushang Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Yushang Investment) transferred 100% of its shares in Chongqing Yujiuxin Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (Chongqing Yujiuxin) to National Trust Co., Ltd. (National Trust) at zero cost. National Trust is the trustee of a trust plan called National Trust • Phoenix No. 24 Qihe Environmental Debt Service Trust Plan.

Chongqing Yujiuxin indirectly holds an interest in the company's 241 million common shares, which is equivalent to 15.00% of the company's total issued share capital. Therefore, after the transfer was completed, 241 million shares (equivalent to 15.00% of the total issued share capital of the company) were transferred to the National Trust (in its capacity as trustee of the trust plan).
