12:41 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kapsch TrafficCom (KTCG.VI) said Sunday its major financial creditors agreed to pause principal repayments on its debts as it undergoes a restructuring. Principal repayments will be suspended until March 31, 2028, in line with the terms of the restructuring agreement. The Austrian technology company said the standstill agreement tightened the terms of its financing. It also made commitments for early repayments from extra cash and extraordinary inflows, as well as a pause on dividends under the deal.
