02:16 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Magle Chemoswed (MAGLE.ST) said Monday it intends to delist its shares from the Nasdaq First North Growth Market after reaching an agreement on the key terms of a restructuring of its outstanding debt and capital structure with bondholders. The Swedish contract development and manufacturing organization, which said it urgently needs additional working capital to continue operations, agreed to a restructuring that includes a debt-for-equity swap, the issuance of super senior bonds and directed share issues. The proposed delisting is intended to cut the costs and administrative burden associated with maintaining the listing, allowing the company to focus on completing the restructuring and its operational turnaround. Shareholders will decide on the proposal at an extraordinary general meeting on Aug. 26. Subject to shareholder approval and clearance from Nasdaq Stockholm, the delisting is expected to take effect in November.
