ITV Postpones Meeting with Noteholders Regarding Sale of Media, Entertainment Business

05:26 AM EDT, 07/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ITV (ITV.L) said Monday it rescheduled to Aug. 5 its meeting with noteholders regarding resolutions concerning the planned sale of the company's media and entertainment business. The meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday. The British streaming service will meet holders of its outstanding 500 million euros of 4.25% notes due June 19, 2032, regarding proposed changes to the terms and conditions of the notes amid the sale. The parties will also discuss amendments to the trust deed between the issuer and trustee of the notes, HSBC Corporate Trustee Co. (UK). ITV said 73% of the noteholders already consented to the transaction as of Monday. In light of the postponement, it also extended the consent solicitation process until Friday, with the consent fee increased by 0.25% of the principal amount of the notes.
