Bohai Automobile announced that the company plans to purchase 51% of BAIC Moulding's shares, 51% of Langfang Andaotuo's shares, and 50% of Langfang Leoni Wiring Harness held by Beijing Hainachuan Auto Parts Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment at a transaction price of 2.71 billion yuan. At the same time, it is proposed to raise supporting capital from issuing shares to no more than 35 eligible targets, and the amount of supporting capital raised will not exceed 1,273 billion yuan.
