Fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488) is a new generation of highly selective oral TYK2 allosteric inhibitor independently developed by the company. TYK2 is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family. By binding to the TYK2-JH2 domain, it plays an important role in the downstream signaling process of interleukin (IL) -12/IL-23 family cytokine receptors and type I interferon (IFN) receptors, thereby inhibiting the pathological processes of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases.
