Zhitong Finance App News, Nuocheng Jianhua (688428.SH) announced that the Phase III registered clinical trial of the new-generation highly selective oral tyrosine kinase 2 (“TYK2”) allosteric inhibitor fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488) independently developed by the company to treat patients with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis has reached the main end.

Fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488) is a new generation of highly selective oral TYK2 allosteric inhibitor independently developed by the company. TYK2 is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family. By binding to the TYK2-JH2 domain, it plays an important role in the downstream signaling process of interleukin (IL) -12/IL-23 family cytokine receptors and type I interferon (IFN) receptors, thereby inhibiting the pathological processes of autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Fadeucravacitinib (ICP-488) is undergoing clinical research on autoimmune disease indications such as psoriasis, cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE), and Sjogren's syndrome (SS).
