Maipu Medical announced that the “Concerted Action Agreement” signed by Mr. Yuan Yuyu, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company, and Mr. Xu Tao, and its supplementary agreement expired on July 26, 2026, and the concerted action relationship was terminated on July 27, 2026. Prior to this change in equity, Yuan Yuyu held 16.53% of the shares and Xu Tao held 16.29% of the shares, for a total of 32.82% of the shares. After the change in equity, the number and ratio of shares held by both parties remained the same, but the calculation was no longer combined. The controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company is still Mr. Yuan Yuyu. Mr. Xu Tao and other shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares have issued written undertakings not to seek control of the listed company.
