According to the “2026 Public Issuance Notice of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd.”, Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. publicly issued corporate bonds to professional investors in 2026 (the fourth installment) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) is divided into two types, of which type 1 has a term of 2 years and type 2 has a term of 3 years. The current issue introduces the right to choose between types of bonds. The payback ratio is not limited. The company will decide whether to exercise the right to repay between types based on the issuance and subscription situation of the current issue within the total issuance scale. The total final issuance amount for each variety is no more than 8 billion yuan (including 8 billion yuan). The issue price of this issue is 100 yuan each, and they are issued by means of a public offering to professional institutional investors.

The issuance of the current bond issue ended on July 27, 2026. The final issue scale of the current bond type 1 was 3 billion yuan, the coupon interest rate was 1.60%, and the subscription ratio was 2.63 times; the issuance scale of type 2 was 1 billion yuan, the coupon interest rate was 1.65%, and the subscription ratio was 3.99 times.
