A safety accident occurred in Yinman Mining, a subsidiary of Societe Generale Yinshi (000426.SZ), resulting in 1 death

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xingye Yinxi (000426.SZ) issued an announcement. At about 15:30 p.m. on July 26, 2026, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Xiuzhumuqinqi Yinman Mining Co., Ltd. (“Yinman Mining”) mine, an accident occurred between 19-1 and 25-1. An accident occurred during production and construction.

After the accident occurred, the company promptly reported to the local emergency management department in accordance with relevant regulations. The cause of the accident and the cause of death of the deceased are still being investigated and confirmed, and the company will fully cooperate in the investigation and follow-up of the accident. Currently, Yinman Mining has received the “Decision on Site Treatment Measures” issued by the Xiuzhumuqinqi Emergency Management Bureau. The Yinman mining area has stopped production, and the factory is selected for normal production. The company expressed deep condolences to the employees who died in this accident and expressed deep apologies to the families of the victims.

Currently, the Yinman Mining Plant is in a normal state of production. The mining area has 350,000 tons of ore, which can be supplied to the processing plant for about two and a half months. If the mining area fails to produce normally in a short period of time, it will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation, nor will it have a significant adverse impact on the company's future performance.
