Cordiant Digital's US Data Center Approaches Breakeven With AI Contract, Expansion Order

05:20 AM EDT, 07/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cordiant Digital Infrastructure's (CORD.L) US data center, Hudson Interxchange, is nearing financial breakeven after securing a five-year, 1.8-megawatt contract for artificial intelligence workloads and an existing client expansion at 60 Hudson Street, New York, in the US. The transactions will raise total contracted capacity to 80%, the specialist digital infrastructure investor said Tuesday. Billing for an initial 450 kilowatts will start in September, with the delivery of the remaining 1.35 MW by the end of 2026.
