Compared with chemotherapy, HS-20093 showed statistically significant and clinically significant improvements in progression-free survival (PFS) as assessed by the Independent Review Committee (IRC), and consistent benefits were also observed at secondary clinical endpoints, including overall survival (OS) and investigators' evaluation of PFS. The safety characteristics are consistent with the results of previous studies, and no new safety signals were found.
