Among them, it is proposed to enhance the supply capacity of port infrastructure around key regions such as Xiaoyangshan Mountain and the mouth of the Yangtze River. Accelerate the construction of a container terminal and supporting projects in the Xiaoyangshan North Operation Area in the Yangshan Deepwater Port Area of the Shanghai International Shipping Center, and complete the second phase of the Luojing Port Area Container Renovation Project. Promote the high-quality development of port intermodal transport, improve the quality and efficiency of sea-rail intermodal transport services, complete the Shanghai-Tongtong Railway Phase II supporting the construction of a new branch line in the Waigaoqiao port area, and improve the efficiency of port collection and evacuation.
