According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xindong (02400) issued an announcement to repurchase 176,000 shares at HK$7.901 million on July 28, 2026; since eligible participants exercised share options in accordance with the share option plan adopted by the Company on June 25, 2021, the Company issued 800 common shares on July 28, 2026.
