Yatai Group announced that on July 28, 2026, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Pharmaceutical Group, Northeast Asia Pharmaceutical, Longxin Pharmaceutical and its holding subsidiaries Jilin Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Logistics each received a “Decision” from the Changchun Intermediate Court, decided to initiate pre-restructuring of the company and the six subsidiaries mentioned above, and appointed the Yatai Group Liquidation Team as temporary managers. Initiating pre-restructuring by the court does not mean that the application for restructuring is officially accepted; there is significant uncertainty about whether the company can enter into the restructuring process.
