According to the news, Shunde is the largest industrial robot production base in the country and has a special industrial cluster of robots from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology at the national level for small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2025, the robot industry in the region will have an output value of nearly 40 billion yuan, gathering more than 100 upstream and downstream robot enterprises to form a complete industrial chain integrating components, machines and systems. Local leaders such as Midea's Kuka and Jiateng continued to grow, and science and innovation enterprises such as Obi Zhongguang and Silver Star Intelligence launched one after another. 80% of manufacturing enterprises in the region have completed digital transformation. Rich scenarios such as factory production lines, smart homes, and urban operation and maintenance have become natural testing grounds for humanoid robots.
