According to the Zhitong Finance App, Anhui Wantong Expressway (00995) issued an announcement that Anhui Wantong Expressway Co., Ltd. will publicly issue corporate bonds (the first phase) to professional investors in 2026 on a scale of no more than 800 million yuan (including 800 million yuan). On July 28, 2026, the issuer and lead underwriter made an offline inquiry for coupon interest rates from professional institutional investors. According to the results of offline inquiries from professional institutional investors, after agreement between the issuer and the lead underwriter, it was finally determined that the coupon interest rate for the current bond type 1 was 1.51%; the issuance of type 2 was cancelled.
