Looking at areas of social concern, the most opinions collected were: “Part 7: Effectively Safeguarding and Optimizing People's Livelihood and Welfare”, “Part 4: Firmly Promoting Moderate and Diversified Economic Development”, and “Part 5: Promoting the Construction of the Hengqin Cooperation Zone with High Quality”. The Political Development Bureau said that the SAR government attaches great importance to opinions and suggestions from all sectors of society and the general public. On the basis of thorough classification, research and analysis, practical and socially agreed opinions and suggestions are fully incorporated into the official text of the “Third Five-Year Plan” to ensure that the blueprint is closer to public opinion. Opinions and suggestions not included in the plan will also be used as a reference for policy work in related areas.
