LYC Healthcare Bhd expects to miss the July 31 deadline to issue its FY2026 annual report due to additional time required by its newly appointed external auditor, with the company targeting to release the report by Aug 7 or its shares suspended from Aug 10.

IJM Corp Bhd is seeking shareholder approval for the re-election of group CEO Datuk Lee Chun Fai and two other directors at its Aug 27 AGM, while long-serving chairman Tan Sri Krishnan Tan Boon Seng is notably absent from the re-election list.

Bus Cap Bhd has appointed former Systech executive director Teoh Keng Chang as its non-independent non-executive director.

ACE Market-bound United Asiapac Energy Bhd expects to sustain double-digit growth in the near term, supported by continued demand from Malaysia's upstream oil and gas industry.

OGX Group Bhd’s FY2026 net profit increased 51.2% YoY to RM23.2mn while revenue surged 61.5% YoY to RM284.7mn, driven by higher completion of IT infrastructure projects, stronger profit margins, and robust contributions from its IT infrastructure solutions segment.

Dufu Technology Corp Bhd’s 2QFY2026 net profit surged nearly fivefold to RM13.9mn (+392% YoY) on the back of a 35.4% YoY increase in revenue to RM92.4mn, primarily driven by stronger HDD component sales.
