ROME ITALY, Italy (AP) — ROME ITALY, Italy (AP) — Eni SpA (E) on Wednesday reported earnings of $3.86 billion in its second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Rome Italy, Italy-based company said it had net income of $2.53. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains and to account for discontinued operations, were $1.76 per share.

The energy company posted revenue of $26.35 billion in the period.
