CNOOC Oilfield Services (02883): Liu Jianzhong and Shang Jie appointed as executive directors

According to Zhitong Finance App, CNOOC Oilfield Services (02883) announced that Mr. Liu Jianzhong and Mr. Shang Jie were formally appointed as executive directors of the Company at the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting for a term of three years, effective from July 29, 2026, and can be re-elected at the shareholders' meeting of the Company. Mr. Fan Baitao and Mr. Liu Qiudong were re-appointed as non-executive directors of the Company at the First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for a term of three years, effective July 29, 2026.

Since July 29, 2026, Mr. Liu Jianzhong has been appointed as the Chairman of the Company and has been appointed as the Company's authorized representative and legal representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Since July 29, 2026, Mr. Liu Jianzhong has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Liu Qiudong has been appointed and continues to serve as a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
