(“Jianghua Weifuxin”) from Mr. Yin Fuhua, for a total transaction consideration of 1,5023.84 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company's shareholding ratio of Jianghua Weifuxin will increase from 84.50% to 100.00%. Jianghua Weifuxin will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the scope of the company's consolidated statements will not change due to this share acquisition.
