Rentokil Initial Posts Rise in H1 Profit, Revenue

02:40 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rentokil Initial (RTO.L) said Thursday that its attributable profit and revenue for the first half rose year over year. Profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was $196 million, compared with $188 million a year earlier. EPS amounted to $0.0773 from $0.0741. The British pest-control company's revenue was $3.59 billion, compared with $3.36 billion a year ago. Meanwhile, the board recommended an interim dividend of $0.0448 per share for the period, payable on Sept. 21 to shareholders on record Aug. 14. It paid $0.0415 per share a year ago. For 2026, Rentokil still expects to deliver profit in line with market expectations.
