Yingpai Pharmaceutical-B announced that it has entered into an exclusive cooperation with Pharmanovia to grant it the exclusive right to manufacture, develop and commercialize senapali in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, Australia and New Zealand for the maintenance of monotherapy for advanced epithelial high-grade ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer. The Group is expected to receive a total of up to 424 million euros in payments, including down payments, recent registration milestone payments and commercial milestone payments that have reached the corresponding sales threshold, and tiered royalties of up to 20% based on the net sales of the product. The exclusive partnership expands Senapali's global reach to 66 countries. The marketing license application for senapalil for first-line maintenance treatment of adult patients with advanced ovarian cancer in Europe was officially accepted by the European Medicines Agency in August 2025 and is expected to be approved in the second half of 2026.
