On July 30, at the 2nd session of the 1st Member Congress of the Anhui Fusion Industry Federation held in Hefei, Anhui, the Controlled Nuclear Fusion Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center was put into operation. The center aims to focus on the creation, protection and application of intellectual property rights in the field of fusion, and open up the “last mile” of transformation of achievements. According to reports, the Controlled Nuclear Fusion Industry Intellectual Property Operation Center was one of the first batch of industrial intellectual property operation centers certified by the State Intellectual Property Office. The Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration, the Hefei Institute of Physical Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Anhui Fusion Industry Federation, and Fusion New Energy Co., Ltd. were jointly launched. In the future, the center will accelerate the implementation and transformation of high-value patents and build an accelerator and value transformation engine for the development of the fusion industry by building a patent pool, promoting the integration of industry, education and research, and providing professional intellectual property services.
