(CSE: PRME) (“Prime” or the “Company) announces that further to its press release dated June 12, 2026, it has extended its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of units of the Company (the “Units”) to raise minimum gross proceeds of $1,200,000 and maximum gross proceeds of $2,200,000 (the “Unit Offering”). The Unit Offering is expected to close on or by September 14, 2026.
