We learned from the Hainan Provincial Oceanographic Department that in response to the recent red tide disaster in the western waters of Hainan Province, in order to fully prevent marine ecological risks and ensure aquaculture safety, the Hainan Marine Disaster Emergency Response Office officially launched the Red Tide Disaster Level III emergency response at 18:00 on July 31, 2026 to coordinate comprehensive monitoring, early warning, inspection, prevention, control and emergency response work with relevant departments in western coastal cities, counties and provinces.
