The subsidiary, named Advance Construction Solutions Co. for Projects, or Zodcon, signed the 15-month agreement with Hamat, according to a Sunday release. The anticipated positive impact of the deal is expected to be reflected in the Saudi Arabia-listed builder's financials for the fourth quarter.
