Improve the peak-and-valley electricity price mechanism for charging piles, establish and improve the charging network price formation mechanism, and guide interactive vehicle network resources to participate in system regulation and market transactions. By 2030, intelligent orderly charging and bidirectional charging and discharging will achieve large-scale applications, and the vehicle network interactive aggregation adjustable charging scale will strive to reach 50 million kilowatts.
