BSF Enterprise, Imposter Plan JV for T-Rex Leather Product

06:25 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BSF Enterprise (BSFA.L) entered into a nonbinding heads of terms with US brand operator Imposter LLC to form a planned joint venture aimed at bringing its T-Rex Leather product to the North American luxury market. Under the terms of the agreement, the tissue-engineered materials company will provide core technology licensing and material supply access, without committing any cash capital, to the proposed Joint Venture Co., or JVCO, according to a Monday filing. It will also keep full ownership of intellectual property, commercial and distribution rights across high-volume categories. JVCO, which will be owned on a 50/50 basis by the company's subsidiary Lab-Grown Leather and Imposter LLC, will focus exclusively on small luxury novelty goods, bag charms, keyrings, desk accessories, and equestrian sporting goods, among others.
