The London-listed mining company said the complaint concerns an email Sarmiento allegedly sent to Kiri Industries executives proposing a corporate structure that would allow foreign investors to retain control of Philippine entities despite the country's 60-40 ownership rules. Celsius said the email raises questions about Kiri Industries' role in the ongoing dispute over Makilala Mining Company, which operates the MCB copper-gold project in the Philippines.
