(“Changfei Capital”), intends to participate as a limited partner in the establishment of the Changfei Jiangcheng Smart Venture Capital Fund (Wuhan) partnership (limited partnership) (“Changfei Smart Fund”). The size of the Changfei Smart Fund is 500 million yuan, of which Changfei Capital plans to invest 170 million yuan.
