12:03 PM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe upgraded its rating on Nordex (NDX1.F) to add from reduce amid a structural reset in its profitability estimates for the forecast 2026 to 2028 period following the German wind turbine company's "solid" first-half results. "We had initially taken a conservative stance in light of the difficulty to again achieve the record order book of 2025, and a dormant US market. However, in H1 2026, the group's order book remains strong, with orders from the US restarting and expected to continue. Moreover, the pricing of the order backlog and lessons learnt during the pandemic assure us of good underlying margins that can sustain at these levels for at least the next two years," analysts said Monday. "This has led us to update our revenue growth and profit estimates, which result in an 8% increase in our target price." Against this backdrop, the research firm boosted its EPS estimates for 2026 and 2027 by 19.7% and 13.8%, respectively, to 2.08 euros and 2.30 euros. The projected EPS for 2028 was also raised. The stock's price target now stands at 46 euros.
