Italian Monthly Retail Sales Down 0.1% in June

04:18 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Italy's seasonally adjusted retail sales ticked down 0.1% in June, after a 0.2% increase in May, according to data from statistics agency Istat published Tuesday. Analysts expected a 0.3% rise for the month. On a yearly basis, retail sales were 3.1% higher, against the 2.2% gain earlier.
