Bradda Head Lithium Unit Signs Deal to Host Solar Plant on US Brine Lease

04:37 AM EDT, 08/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bradda Head Lithium's (BHL.L) Zenolith (USA) signed an accommodation agreement with solar gardens developer PA Land Acquisitions, d/b/a SunShare, to build a solar park on the former's mineral lease in Slippery Rock Township, Pennsylvania, US. SunShare can develop a solar power plant on 16 acres of the 136-acre mineral lease, while preserving the lithium development company's brine lease, mineral rights and access for future brine development, according to a Tuesday release. SunShare will make an initial payment of $5,000, with further payments due once construction starts.
