Huaihe Energy announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Guodian Electric Power, CNPC Taihu Company, and Ordos New Energy Company to establish Guodian Electric Power Huainan Grand Base Energy Co., Ltd., which is responsible for developing, constructing and operating projects related to the Kubuqi Desert Base in Inner Mongolia. The initial registered capital of the joint venture was RMB 200 million. China Electric Power held 51% of the shares, the company held 34% of the shares, CNPC Taihu Company held 10% of the shares, and Ordos New Energy Company held 5% of the shares, and the company invested 68 million yuan. The final registered capital is determined by 20% of the final settlement amount of the project and injected in installments, synchronously, and in the same proportion according to the construction schedule of the project. The investment was reviewed and approved by the 22nd meeting of the 8th board of directors of the company, and there is no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting for review.
