Small-molecule anti-cancer therapy developer BlossomHill (BLSM.US) has an IPO price of $15-17 per share and plans to raise US$125 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that BlossomHill Therapeutics, a biotech company that focuses on developing small-molecule cancer treatments and has now entered phase II clinical preparation, announced the terms of its initial public offering (IPO) on Monday. The company plans to raise $125 million by issuing 7.8 million shares in the price range of $15 to $17 per share. The company plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “BLSM.”

BlossomHill Therapeutics, headquartered in San Diego, California, was founded in 2020. The company focuses on developing small-molecule cancer drugs by identifying structural weaknesses in existing treatments and designing new compounds to overcome these weaknesses.

The company's core candidate BH-30643 for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is currently undergoing global phase 1/ phase II clinical trials. The company plans to hold a phase 1 clinical completion meeting with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the fourth quarter of 2026 to discuss recommended phase II clinical administration plans and potential accelerated approval pathways for some patients.

The company also has two other drug candidates: BH-30236, a CLK inhibitor currently undergoing phase I clinical trials for patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome; and BH-501284, a pre-clinical pan-KRAS program.
