(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Company”, “Issuer”) has the right to adjust the coupon interest rate for the “23 CCC F1” (hereinafter referred to as “Current Bonds”). According to the actual situation of the company and the current market environment, the company decided to reduce the coupon interest rate for the next 2 years of the current bond by 145 basis points, that is, the coupon interest rate for Japanese bonds from August 28, 2026 to August 27, 2028 is 1.35% (current bonds use simple interest to accrue interest on an annual basis, without compound interest).
