Global Digital Creativity (08271) ProfitAlert expects medium-term profit to be reduced to no less than HK$2.5 million

Zhitong Finance App News, Global Digital Innovation (08271) announced that the Group expects to achieve a profit of not less than HK$2.5 million compared with the profit of HK$24.03 million in mid-2026 and the same period in 2025. The decrease in profit was mainly due to a one-time net income of approximately HK$33.95 million in mid-2025 due to the Group's termination of operations - Guangdong Global Digital Creative Industry Co., Ltd. terminated consolidated accounts. Such one-time net income did not occur in mid-2026. The Group's continuing operations are expected to turn a loss into a profit, from a loss of HK$4.78 million in mid-2025 to a profit of not less than HK$2.5 million in mid-2026.
