Chuangsheng Holdings (02680) Chinese stock abbreviation will be changed to “Nanqiang Holdings”

Immediately after shareholders approved the change of the company name at the special shareholders' meeting, the company's English name was changed from “Innovax Holdings Limited” to “Austrax Holdings Limited”, and the company's Chinese double foreign name was changed from “Chuangsheng Holdings Limited” to “Nanqiang Holdings Limited”, according to the registration certificate for the change of the company's name issued by the Cayman Islands Registrar of Companies on July 2, 2026. They are all effective from July 2, 2026. On July 23, 2026, the Registrar of Hong Kong Companies issued a registration certificate for the Company's registered non-Hong Kong company name change, confirming that the Company's new English and Chinese names “Austrax Holdings Limited” and “Nanqiang Holdings Limited” have been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws, respectively.

After the change of the company name takes effect, the English stock abbreviation used for trading shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “INNOVAX HLDGS” to “AUSTRAX HLDGS”, while the Chinese stock abbreviation will be changed from “Chuangsheng Holdings” to “Nanqiang Holdings”, effective from 9:00 a.m. on August 10, 2026. The Company's stock code on the Stock Exchange will remain unchanged and will remain “2680”.
