(“Aston Robot”) and Nanjing Dingtong Electromechanical Automation Co., Ltd. (“Dingtong Electromechanical”), intend to acquire shares in Nanjing Eston Cool Technology Co., Ltd. (“Eston Cool”) through cash payment, with a total transaction amount of 487 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company will indirectly hold 100% of the shares of Aston Cool through its subsidiaries Eston Robotics and Dingtong Electromechanical, and Eston Cool will be included in the scope of the company's consolidated statements.
