On the evening of August 4, Tongyu Communications announced that the company plans to use its own capital of 300 million yuan to purchase about 25% of Shenzhen Jiaxian Communications Technology Co., Ltd.'s shares through share transfers, corresponding to 18.152,700 shares. The deal will be implemented in two stages. All transactions have been completed, and Jiaxian Communications will not be included in the scope of Tongyu Communications's consolidated statements. According to Tongyu News, the investment aims to strengthen the company's industrial collaboration in the communications field and achieve resource integration and complementary advantages. Established in 2011 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Jiaxian Communications is mainly engaged in R&D, production, sales and service of wireless communication equipment. Its products cover AI-RAN base stations, satellite payload communication, expandable base stations, integrated small base stations, integrated sensing stations, optical fiber repeaters and FTTR.
