Ms. Xiang Ting has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director; Chairman of the Board Review Committee; and Chairman of the Special Committee to conduct an independent investigation into a transaction involving the transfer of approximately RMB 73 million to an entity between February 24 and 27, 2026. Ms. Liu Lili has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Special Committee, all effective August 4, 2026.
