Apple is attacking again in a case accusing the OpenAI organization of stealing information about its products to be released, requesting a federal judge to immediately order the artificial intelligence company to stop using the stolen trade secrets it refers to. The company sought a court order requiring OpenAI to return all confidential information and stop any attempt to obtain other undisclosed information. Apple requires that the order remain in effect while the lawsuit is ongoing. “If Apple's trade secrets are used and disseminated by OpenAI, or embedded in its products and operations, the damage will be irreversible,” the company's lawyers said in a motion on Tuesday.
