Sanhuan Group (06951) elected Li Gang as Chairman of the Board

According to Zhitong Finance App, Sanhuan Group (06951) issued an announcement. At the extraordinary shareholders' meeting, (i) re-elected Mr. Zhang Wanzhen as a non-executive director of the 12th board of directors; (ii) re-elected Mr. Li Gang, Mr. Ma Yanhong, and Mr. Qiu Jihua as executive directors of the 12th board of directors; (iii) re-elected Mr. Jiang Lijun, Mr. Su Yanqi, and Ms. Huang Siying as independent non-executive directors of the 12th board of directors. The term of office is effective from the date of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting. The company held an employee congress on August 5, 2026. Mr. Chen Guixu was elected as the employee representative director through the company's employee director election procedure. The term of office took effect from the date the current employee congress resolution was passed, and the term of office is three years.

At the board meeting, the board of directors resolved to elect (i) Mr. Li Gang as the chairman of the 12th board of directors; (ii) Mr. Ma Yanhong as the vice chairman of the 12th board of directors. The term of office starts on the date the board resolution is passed and ends on the date the term of the 12th board of directors expires.

At the board meeting, the board of directors also appointed (i) Mr. Ma Yanhong as the company's general manager; (ii) Mr. Qiu Jihua, Mr. Liu Jiepeng, Mr. Zheng Kecheng, Mr. Liang Jun, Mr. Liu Dexin, Mr. Liu Yan, and Mr. Feng Xiaopeng as the company's deputy general manager; (iii) Ms. Wang Hongyu as the company's financial director; and (iv) Ms. Wu Xiaochun as the secretary of the board of directors for a term of office beginning on the date the 12th board of directors expires.
